Cancellation Policy

Payments: I truly appreciate you trusting me with your project! To lock in your spot and get things moving the base payment will be made upon booking. Refunds: Life happens and I totally get it! If you paid by credit card and need to cancel, I'm happy to issue a full refund within 7 days of your deposit, minus any transaction fees the processor charges on their end (unfortunately that bit is out of my control). After 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable since I'll have already cleared my schedule and started prep work for you. Revisions: I want you to absolutely love what we create together! Every project comes with 2 rounds of revisions included, so we have plenty of room to get it just right. If you'd like more tweaks after that, I'm always happy to keep going at $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Referrals: Honestly, referrals mean the world to me as a small business. If you know someone who might love what I do, please send them my way! For every referral who books a service valued at $500 or more, I'll send you a heartfelt $44 to $88 thank-you once their deposit comes through. It's my way of saying I truly appreciate your support. Travel: I'm happy to come to you! For travel within the Lower Mainland, I charge $0.40/km for distances over 10 km up to 50 km. For travel beyond 50 km, an additional hour of my time ($75) will be added to your invoice. If your project takes me outside the Lower Mainland entirely, I'll always chat with you about costs beforehand so there are zero surprises. Additional expenses like parking, fares, accommodations and other travel costs will be added to your invoice at cost.
