Cancellation Policy

Location & Set Up Your session will be recorded remotely through Riverside. You'll get a link ahead of time, no app or account needed on your end. Please join from a laptop or computer if possible, using Chrome or Firefox for the smoothest experience. Find a well lit, quiet space with minimal background noise before your session starts. Filming Orientation If you're joining from a phone or tablet, please film horizontal (landscape), not vertical. Prop your device up rather than holding it, so the frame stays steady throughout. Audio Headphones are required to avoid feedback and echo. If you have an external microphone, even a basic USB one, please use it. It makes a real difference in sound quality. Test your mic and camera a few minutes before your scheduled time. Arrival & Timing Please join the call 5 minutes before your scheduled session so we can do a quick sound and camera check. If you haven't received your Riverside link the day before your session, email us ASAP at hi@brookeredelle.com. Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your session. Video & Content Usage Video from your episode will be used for promotional purposes. We do not send a preview beforehand, so please let us know ahead of time if there's anything you don't want included in your episode. Attire Notes Come camera ready. Solid, muted colours tend to look best on camera; avoid busy patterns, small stripes, or logos. Avoid all-white or all-black outfits, which can be tricky under lighting.
