Cancellation Policy

Location & Arrival • We record at 3012 Murray Street. • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. • Water and coffee are available on site, help yourself when you arrive. • When you enter the building, register using the QR code posted on the wall. Parking • Free parking is available on the side of the building. • Add your license plate number when you register to make sure you won't be ticketed. Building Hours & After-Hours Access • The building is open from 9am to 5pm. • If your session falls outside these hours, use the back entrance and we'll let you in. Room Confirmation • Room availability must be confirmed ahead of your session. • If you haven't received a confirmation email, please reach out ASAP to hi@brookeredelle.com. Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your session. Video & Content Usage • Video from your episode will be used for promotional purposes. • We do not send a preview beforehand, so please let us know ahead of time if there's anything you don't want included in your episode. Attire Notes • Come camera ready. Solid, muted colors tend to look best on camera; avoid busy patterns, small stripes, or logos. • Avoid all-white or all-black outfits, which can be tricky under studio lighting. • If you'd like hair and makeup done beforehand, we can arrange that 30 minutes before your session for an additional charge, just let us know in advance.
